The prices include bedlinen and towels, with beds made ready for your arrival.
Changeover day is usually Saturday and you are welcome to arrive anytime after 3pm, we ask you to leave by 10am on your last day to allow time for the cleaners to prepare for the next guests. However, if you'd like something different, including shorter stays, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do!
Central heating is included between the first Saturday of October and the last Saturday in April. During the remainder of the year, the heating operates via a £1 slot meter but with the ability to 'pause' the boiler saving remaining credit if necessary.
A 30% booking deposit (along with a signed and completed contract) is required to confirm booking, with the balance to be received at least 6 weeks before your stay.
We also require a refundable 'security deposit' of £250 payable with the balance. This is fully refunded provided that the property has been left in an acceptable condition.
