Trebarwith Strand attracts locals and visitors from far and wide to its spectacular waves and golden sands. Fantastically positioned, Tredennis looks out over it all, offering an idyllic place to stay beside the sea. Get cosy inside or relax in the garden to make the most of the views or use the house as a base for a more strenuous walking/surfing holiday. Either way, Tredennis offers the perfect self-catering holiday home near Tintagel on Cornwall’s dramatic north coast.
Tredennis is a large four-bedroom property only a few metres away from the sandy beach at Trebarwith Strand near Tintagel, with the South West Coast Path passing the back door.
The house is around 100 years old and offers spacious, light accommodation, comfortably sleeping up to eight people in four bedrooms (two bedrooms with king size beds, one with two single beds (2' 6" wide) and the fourth has bunk beds (2' 6" wide)).
There are two bathrooms upstairs, one en-suite and one family bathroom. Both offer a bath with shower over, basin and WC. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with shower, basin and WC.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a double oven with induction hob, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, kettle and microwave. There is a separate utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside there is a good sized garden (lawn) with BBQ and outside furniture enjoying views over the beach and sea. Tredennis has its own private parking for 2 large cars.
The large open plan living/dining area has a 50" flatscreen TV with Freesat and a DVD player.
Broadband internet with WiFi throughout the house included. (Usual speed around 4Mbps)
Bed linen and towels are provided.
There is oil-fired central heating throughout the house.
This property is let to non-smokers and family groups only and no pets are accepted.
