Location

Tredennis is only 150m from the beach in the small village of Trebarwith Strand. The village is about 3 miles from Tintagel by road and connected by the South West Coast Path, which surrounds Cornwall. The coast path is easily accessible from Tredennis offering lovely walks with beautiful cliff scenery. Trebarwith is a valley with one road leading to a sandy beach. At high tide, the beach is completely covered but there can be up to a mile of clean sand at low tide. 

Within Trebarwith Strand, The Port William Inn overlooks the bay and is situated just beyond the house.
The Strand cafe serves light snacks and The Surf Shop sells ice cream and all things surf and beach.

Polzeath - Fantastic beach and favoured by surfers (11 miles) 

Padstow 

Port Isaac where much of the TV series Doc Martin was filmed. (8 miles)

Directions

Postcode PL34 0HB should get you to the house with a Sat Nav.

Alternatively, travelling from the M5:

Enter Cornwall on the A30.

Continue past Launceston then Trebursye and Tregadillett.

At Kennards House, take the North Cornwall exit onto the A395.

The A395 is about 10 miles long. At the end turn left onto the A39 signposted for Wadebridge and Camelford.

Keep on the A39 for just over a mile then turn right onto the B3314 signposted for Delabole, Tintagel and Port Isaac.

After a mile and a half you come to a cross roads, go straight on here (signposted for Delabole, Port Isaac and Tintagel).

After about 200 yards, take the right turn onto the B3263 signposted for Trebarwith Strand, Tintagel and Boscastle.

Stay on the B3263 for about 2 miles.

At the bottom of the hill take the left turn to Trebarwith Strand.

Continue for about a mile and you come to the Strand.

Follow the signs for The Port William and bear slightly left up a narrow road

Tredennis will be on your left with its own private car parking area.
