The prices and availability shown below are the price per week. We let the house from Saturday to Saturday but if you would like a shorter stay, please contact us as this may be possible outside of summer (September to April).
Central heating is included between the first Saturday of October and the first Saturday in April. During the remainder of the year, the heating operates via a £1 slot meter but with the ability to 'pause' the boiler saving remaining credit if necessary.
A booking deposit of 30% of the price is required (along with a signed and completed contract) to secure a booking.
We also require a security deposit of £250 payable with the balance. This is fully refunded provided that the property has been left in an acceptable condition.
Bed linen and Towels are provided.
