Living Room
The bright and airy sea-facing living room is the perfect place to relax. Two large windows (with window seats) look over the garden out to sea allowing you to watching some spectacular crashing waves and sunsets in the warm.
There are two three-seater sofas and two armchairs. A 50" flat screen smart TV with freesat (including BBC iPlayer, All4, ITVX and Apps for Prime, Netflix, Disney+) and a DVD Player.
The dining room table comfortably seats 8.
Kitchen
Entering the house from the back door brings you into the large, well-appointed kitchen including a double oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, food processor, electric whisk and fridge (freezer available in utility room). There are lots of saucepans, utensils, cutlery and crockery to make your stay a home from home.
Utility Room
Just inside the back door, you'll find a practical utility room with a washing machine (including tumble drier) sink, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board, coat hooks for hanging outdoor gear, washing basket and pegs for the line.
Master Bedroom with ensuite
The master bedroom features a kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two seater settee where you can watch the waves crashing on the rocks below. We think the view from this bedroom is unbeatable!
It's complete with its own ensuite bathroom with toilet, basin and bath with a shower over it.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is also sea-facing with a King size bed and two armchairs to sit and enjoy the view. There's a chest of drawers and wardrobe with hangers. There are also a selection of books to choose from in this room.
Twin Room
Enjoying a view back up the valley, this room sleeps two in 2' 6" single beds. There is a bedside cabinet and wardrobe too.
Bunk room
Children seem to love this cosy room with 2'6 bunk beds and black out blind.
Family bathroom
The upstairs family bathroom includes toilet, basin, bath with shower over and a wooden towel rail. The bath also has a shower attachment on the taps.
Garden
As you can see the garden slopes towards the road and car park, making it unsuitable for young children unsupervised. However, there is plenty of space to enjoy the sea views and a BBQ on the patio and room for children to play (supervised).
A BBQ (charcoal not included), garden furniture and a washing line are available.
The car park will fit two large cars (Volvo XC60 shown in the photo with plenty of space for a second large car)
